Well, today's my little brother's birthday. I've just found out that he turns 12 today (even though I've been telling people he was already 12 O.o I suck, I know). We made him a little pokeball cake (since he didn't want to do the Bumblebee one I offered >.< but it is cute so I'll roll with it. He begged for a small present yesterday so my mom gave him one of them: a DS. I didn't realize that that was a small present O.o'' At least I don't have to share mine with him anymore...
Yesterday we bought Star Trek I can't wait to watch it. Because, unfortunately, with my brother's birthday our schedule is so jammed pack we can't watch it until TOMMOROW D: Oh well, I will patiently wait...patiently...patiently...

Okay, so I saw the commercials for the sequel to Alvin and the Chipmunks. Let me give you a backstory: Me and my brother LOVE the chipmunk's legacy. I grew up going to my grandparents and watchin vhs-es (sp?) of the old cartoon series, and then watching the 90's series at my house. Two years ago we got two of the original cds with some of the greatest hits on them because we love their singing XD We also have some of the 90's series on DVD. The first movie came out. I was a little disappointed and thought it was kinda stupid. The music in it was great though, but I found it lacking plot (which makes sense since it was that kinda movie)and good acting. It must've done well though for this sequel. Let me give you more backstory: recently, I've been watching a ton of 9 and Transformers MASHs on youtube. A song they commonly use is 'Spin me right round (like a record)' by dead or alive, which I have come to really enjoy. So my brother calls me from downstairs and screams 'YOU HAFTA SEE THIS COMMERCIAL!!'. I walk down, ticked he interuppted me while I was writing, and begin to watch it. I knew what it was by the time they said 'squeakel' so I was like 'that's great, bud. I'm going upstairs'. I turn to go upstairs...and I hear in that BEAUTIFUL melodious chipmunk voices I adore so much 'you spin me right round, baby, right round like a record player, round round round!' I stop, turn around, stare, and then me and him proceed to squeal XD We are so getting that cd when it comes out. December 1st baby! I got it on the calenday XD
